Matthew Beach is a finance and investment professional with over 25 years’ experience in acquiring, building, and selling businesses across a range of industries, both domestically and internationally.
Matthew is currently a partner at M.H. Carnegie & Co., where he is responsible for managing the firm’s real estate assets and private credit platforms.
He has significant experience in structured asset finance. Prior to his role at M.H. Carnegie & Co., he was the founding CEO of Global Aviation Asset Management (GAAM), an international aircraft leasing business. Matthew grew GAAM from a start-up to a fleet of 53 commercial aircraft, valued at A$2bn, operating from offices in Sydney, London, and Dublin. As CEO of GAAM, Matthew raised in excess of $1.5bn of debt capital to finance GAAM’s growth.

Peter Lancken has over 30 years of business industry experience across senior and director roles across various businesses.
He was previously the CEO of Kennards Hire from 1994 to 2009 and has served as a chairman and director of the business since.
He also has held a number of senior and director roles at NSW Crime Stoppers, Propertylink Holdings (ASX) and Acrow Construction and Formwork (ASX).
